Orders and Payment:

• Deliveries typically occur within 3-5 working days after receiving full payment via bank transfer or debit/credit card transactions.
• We accept order cancellations until our orders reach the shipping stage via our courier company.

Returns and Replacements:

• Proof of damage (photos or videos) is required to expedite replacements.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements for misused, modified, or damaged products.

Delivery:

• All products within a single order will be shipped together.
• Report any incomplete deliveries, defective, or incorrect goods upon delivery via email or WhatsApp using the provided contact information.
• Failure to report issues at delivery within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the products in their delivered condition.
• We are not responsible for damage caused while taking goods through narrow spaces or for deliveries above ground floors without cargo elevators.

Returns and Exchanges:

• We accept returns and exchanges of unused items, but the transport expense is to be borne by the end users who wish to return or exchange any product they are not fond of.

Right to Revise or Cancel:

• We reserve the right to revise product prices, reduce ordered product quantities (with corresponding price adjustments), defer delivery dates, or cancel orders.
• We may also cancel orders due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.
