Exchange and Returns

Introduction

At Patex Studios, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, so we have formulated a return and replacement policy that aims to address any concerns regarding receiving a wrong or damaged product. Please note that our store does not offer refunds on used items, but we strive to take corrective measures to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Wrong/Damaged Product 

  • Notification: If you receive a product that differs from your order or has any damages, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery date. Contact our customer service team via email at cs@patexstudios.com or call us at 0317 3178040.
  • Verification: You will be asked to provide proof, such as photos of the product received. Our team will compare this with your order details for verification.
  • Return Process (Wrong Product): Once verified, we will provide a return shipping label. The incorrect product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Correction: Upon inspection of the returned item, the correct product will be dispatched at no additional charge.

 

Exchange/Returns

  • We accept returns and exchanges of unused items, but the transport expense is to be borne by the end users who wish to return or exchange any product they are not fond of.
  • The end user may qualify for a 100% refund after we have inspected and received the order in good condition and packaging. The turnaround time for processing refunds is 3-5 business days.
  • Returns and exchange requests will not be accepted if made more than 24 hours after delivery. Please ensure that you notify us within this 24-hour window through our official channels.

 

Cancellation of Orders

At Patex Studios, we strive to process orders efficiently to guarantee prompt delivery to our customers. However, we recognize that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order.

Please note, no order will proceed until we receive a response to the confirmation message sent by us. Additionally, cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed.

 

General Terms 

  • Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the delivered product(s).
  • Patex Studios reserves the right to refuse the return or replacement if the product is found to have been misused, modified, or damaged by the customer.
  • The timeframe for receiving the replacement product may vary based on product availability and shipping times.
  • All products within a single order will be shipped together.
  • Report any incomplete deliveries, defective, or incorrect goods upon delivery via email or WhatsApp using the provided contact information.
  • Failure to report issues at delivery within 24 hours constitutes acceptance of the products in their delivered condition.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused while taking goods through narrow spaces or for deliveries above ground floors without cargo elevators.
