Welcome to Patex Studios! We’re committed to ensuring that your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.


Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped..


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping rates vary based on destination and order size. Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • Please note that delivery estimates are subject to courier service and destination.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Patex Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at cs@patexstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (if applicable). We will assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Address

  • If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment cost. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once your order has been processed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us immediately.


Points To Note


  • Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Patex Studios) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.


  • Items not received but tracking shows delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
